9/11 Memorial Year End Update 2010 : Page 14WELCOMING VISITORS FROM AROUND THE WORLD New Video Wall Installation As thousands of visitors pass the Preview Site each day, they can now view renderings and construction photographs of the Memorial and Museum on a new, dynamic video wall. An official “9/11 Memorial Opening Day Counter,” provides the number of days until the opening of the 9/11 Memorial on September 11, 2011. The clock and imagery are integrated into a 91 square feet video wall comprised of nine Sharp LCD monitors. As part of a major sponsorship arrangement, Sharp Electronics donated the wall, while also pledging support towards future audio and video technology needs to the Museum.
