The enchantment of TOKYO TOWER
A symbol of Japan’s post-war rebirth as a major economic power, Tokyo Tower was the country’s tallest structure from its completion in 1958 until 2012 when it was surpassed by the Tokyo Skytree.
Tokyo Tower is a communications and observation tower in the Shiba-koen district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan. At 332.9 meters (1,092 ft), it is the second-tallest structure in Japan. The structure is an Eiffel Tower-inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations.
How to get there
The closest train and subway stations to Tokyo Tower are Onarimon Station on the Mita Subway Line, Akabanebashi Station on the Oedo Subway Line and Kamiyacho on the Hibiya Subway Line, which are all about a 5-10 minute walk from the tower. Alternatively, you can reach the tower in about a 15-20 minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Yamanote Line or Daimon Station on the Asakusa or Oedo
Tokyo One Piece Tower
Based on the hit manga and anime One Piece, Tokyo Tower features a small One Piece themed amusement park that opened in 2015. The amusement park offers a range of attractions, shops, and restaurants, all based on the characters from Eiichiro Oda’s manga.
Me as a fan of one piece. I really recommend this event. This event will give you the experienced you can have.
Occasionally, Tokyo Tower’s lighting is changed to specific arrangements for special events.
STORES and FOOD
These are hand-made crêpes fresh from the oven. If you really love sweets and crêpe this shop is waiting for you with more than 50 kinds of sweets in their menus such as “Custard Chocolate Special” and the very popular “Banana Chocolate Fresh Cream” containing home-made custard.
31 Ice Cream
31 Ice Cream was born in the U.S. and is the world’s largest ice cream chain loved by people in 50 countries. Summer here in Tokyo is unexpectedly hot so ice cream will give you help you refresh you from extreme hot.
They serve 31 flavors out of more than the 500 flavors that differ daily throughout each of the four seasons. Cheerful staff members welcome you with their smile.
they serve “WAFFLE BOWL” with whiped creams and ice creams on top, “Pancake bruleeｓ” that you can enjoy the tastes of pancakes and Crème brûlées at the same time. The kawai(cuteness) thing here in this
shop is very charming you had to try it.
When you visit Tokyo tower I recommend the “Tokyo Tower Burger,” available only at this store, which is the tallest MOS Burger ever and made in the image of Tokyo Tower. This voluminous hamburger has two patties piled with pastrami beef, fried onions and fresh vegetables such as tomato and lettuce, and is drizzled with hot chili sauce.
Mos Burger is my most favorite Burger shop in japan because of the juicyness of their fatty and freshness of the veggy there are using in their burger.
Rice bowl with thickly sliced pork and rice bowl with pork cooked in garlic and soy sauce on top are very popular. There’s a lot of rice bowl shop here in japan like sukiya and matsuya, but you have to try this one.
